02Information you provide
When you contact us by email or telephone, you may provide your name, business contact details, company name, project location, service requirements and correspondence. Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or sensitive personal information through a general enquiry.
03Project enquiry form
When you submit the homepage project enquiry form, the information you enter is sent by email to our team for review. The form does not store your enquiry in the website database. Email delivery acceptance does not confirm a service request. You can also contact us by email or telephone.
04Technical information and cookies
Hosting and delivery providers may process technical information associated with requests to the website, such as IP address, request time, browser information, requested pages and error records. Such processing may be necessary to deliver the website, investigate errors and protect service availability. Browser settings allow you to manage cookies and site storage. Information about any additional analytics or advertising processing will be provided when applicable.
05Purposes and legal grounds
Information received through an enquiry is used to understand the request, communicate with you, assess the requested services, prepare a proposal where appropriate and maintain relevant business records. Where applicable, it may also be processed to meet legal obligations or address misuse and disputes. Processing is subject to the applicable legal grounds and conditions under Saudi data-protection requirements. Where consent is the legal ground, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
06Access, providers and disclosure
Access to personal information is limited by the relevant business purpose. Hosting, email, IT and other service providers may handle information where necessary for their role. Disclosure may also occur where required or permitted by applicable law. This notice does not authorize unrelated disclosure or marketing. Contact us if you need further information about the recipients relevant to your enquiry.
07Processing outside Saudi Arabia
Hosting, email, support or other service arrangements may involve processing outside Saudi Arabia. Any transfer or access outside Saudi Arabia is subject to applicable Saudi requirements, including the rules governing personal-data transfers. This notice does not represent that all processing takes place within Saudi Arabia. Contact us for information relevant to your enquiry.
08Retention and deletion
Personal information is retained for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or as required by applicable law. Relevant factors include the status of an enquiry or contract, legal recordkeeping and related claims. When retention is no longer justified, information is to be securely deleted or appropriately anonymized.
09Your requests and rights
Subject to applicable conditions and exceptions, you may request information about processing, access to your personal data, a copy in a readable format, correction or completion, and destruction when legally available. You may withdraw consent where processing depends on consent. Send a request to info@professionals.com.sa with the subject “Privacy request”. Only information reasonably needed to verify identity should be requested. Requests should be handled within applicable legal time limits. You may also raise a complaint with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority through its official personal-data protection channels.
10Security, external websites and updates
Appropriate organizational and technical safeguards are required for the information processed. No website or communication method is risk-free. External websites and your email or telephone provider operate under their own notices. Changes to this notice will be published with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
