This page describes acceptable security-related conduct and how to report a suspected issue. It is not a certification or a guarantee that the website is free from vulnerabilities.
01Scope
This policy concerns the public Professionals Arabia website at professionals.com.sa. It does not describe confidential internal controls or authorize access to company systems, accounts, providers or customer data.
02Secure use of the website
Use the HTTPS website and verify the domain before sharing information. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents through general contact channels. If a message appears suspicious, verify it using our published telephone number or email address.
03Reporting a suspected issue
Send a concise report to info@professionals.com.sa with the subject “Website security report”. Include the affected public URL, approximate time, a clear description, expected versus observed behavior and minimal redacted evidence. Do not attach malware, exposed credentials, customer records or sensitive personal data. No guaranteed response time or reward program is established by this notice.
04No testing authorization
This page does not grant permission for penetration testing, exploitation, account access, scanning that could impair service, social engineering, denial-of-service, or access to third-party systems. Obtain explicit written authorization and an agreed scope before conducting security testing. If you encounter data unexpectedly, stop and report the location without copying or distributing it.
05Handling a report
Security reports are assessed according to their nature and escalated to the responsible technical personnel as appropriate. Any required action and notifications depend on the facts and applicable law. Reporter details and supporting evidence should be limited to what is necessary and handled under the Privacy Policy. This policy does not establish a monitoring service, guaranteed incident-response time, certification, audit or warranty.
06External providers and service interruptions
Hosting, email and other service providers have their own security responsibilities and policies. Maintenance, provider incidents or other conditions may interrupt the website. A website notice does not replace an agreed service level in a separate contract.
